Stage 1: Survey is set up

Stage 1: Preparation of the Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey

Preparation and setup of the Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey takes place between January and October.

Process plan:

The steering committee agrees on the overall timetable and action plan for the entire Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey process, including discussions about the results and agreements on initiatives and action plans.

The questionnaire:

Based on the questionnaire from the latest workplace assessment and well-being survey, the steering committee agrees on the desired changes and designs the new questionnaire.

In mid-June, the steering committee’s proposal is sent for consultation in the health and safety organisation. The steering committee processes the feedback from the health and safety organisation and agrees on the final questionnaire.

In mid-June, the final questionnaire is sent out in both Danish and English to the health and safety organisation.

Local additional questions:

When the final questionnaire is available, each unit must decide whether they want to add local additional questions to the questionnaire. A maximum of five questions can be added.

Any additional questions should aim to shed light on local issues related to health and safety and/or well-being.

The supplementary questions are formulated by the unit and sent to the steering committee for approval.

Sub-units:

The unit’s health and safety group must decide whether to create sub-units that can receive a separate report. A sub-unit enables the pinpointing of any local issues.

A sub-unit must be clearly demarcated from the rest of the unit and consist of at least 15 employees.

Validation of respondent lists

Based on data from the payroll system, all units must check that the right employees are invited to participate in the Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey. The check includes both the unit and any sub-units.
