ARCADIA: Transformative climate Resilience by nature-based solutions in the continental bio-geographical region.

ARCADIA is a project funded by HORIZON Europe Innovation Actions Programme in response to the call “Testing and demonstrating transformative solutions on climate resilience, mainstreaming nature based solutions in the systemic transformation.

Forty three partners are working together from all around Europe, aimed at tackling climate change challenges through research and innovation actions.

SDU is participating  with the Faculty of Science (Department of Biology) and the Faculty of Health Sciences (DRIVEN Research Centre) providing scientific knowledge. 

The City of Odense is leading the WP5 cooperating with regional stakeholders like the Region of Southern Denmark, the Odense Fjord Samarbejdet and the VandCenter Syd for the development of the Funen´s regional climate change strategy.
