Based on his highly acclaimed book A shrinking country task: Sverige och biståndet 1945-1975 (2021, co-authored with Mattias Tydén and Annika Berg), NHC researcher Urban Lundberg will discuss ideas and reasons for the development of one of the most ambitious development aid programs in the world.
