THEME: Generational Change in Small Owner-Managed Companies
"When CESFO was established in 1995, the intention was to stregthen Danish research in company establishment and small companies' managerial conditions. This aim has been maintained since the centre's start. After a frail beginning with many visions and few tangible projects the situation is now not quite the opposite, but the number of projects is presently significant. Of course this means that on time delivery becomes more critical, but at the same time CESFO has experienced very significant drive as a consequence of the relatively extensive number of projects."
