My work is a great mix of research and practical challenges in a large company, operating across national borders. It provides me with a great opportunity to build a broad international network – both academically and professionally. I am very happy with my job, because I am able to work with exactly what I find interesting. In my work I use my knowledge about innovation, processes, and research in general.

The ability to understand and communicate with IT on a technical level, while transferring ideas, findings and solutions into radical business context and strategies is where I see similarities between how I was “brought up” as an IB student and my daily job.
The financial industry is changing being forced to adapt to use smarter technologies, use data analytics to understand customer insights and comply with ever-tougher regulations. Being part of that radical change and the feeling of empowerment – shaping the game of tomorrow – is what I find exciting and fun!"
