Janne Rosholm Tørresø is a PhD student at the Department of Law and the Digital Democracy Centre at University of Southern Denmark. Prior to her PhD position she was employed as a research assistant at the same department. Her PhD project is part of the research project SafeChilDe funded by TrygFonden, which aims to create a safe environment for children's democratic education and determination by protecting children from misinformation on social media. Janne is responsible for the legal part of the research project, which primarily consists of a study of children's human rights in relation to misinformation and disinformation on social media. In addition, Janne is professionally interested in children's law issues.
