Inaugural seminar - Professor Carsten Bogh Juhl

On the occasion of Carsten Bogh Juhl’s appointment as professor in Evidence-based Physiotherapy and Head of the Master program for Physiotherapy at the Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, SDU and as Head of Research at the Department of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Copenhagen University Hospital Herlev-Gentofte, the Faculty of Health Sciences, SDU, hereby invites you to attend the inaugural seminar "An Evidence-Based approach to research and clinical practice".

The seminar will take place on May 26, 2023 from 14:00 hrs. (CEST) in ”Store Auditorium”, Herlev Hospital, Borgmester Ib Juuls Vej 1, 2730 Herlev with the following program:

14.00-14.10: Introduction and welcome by Jens Troelsen, Head of the Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, Faculty
of Health Sciences, SDU.

14.10-14.40: An Evidence-based approach to practice, teaching and research by Hans Lund, Professor, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.

14.40-15.10: Evidence-based physiotherapy - practice, teaching and research by Carsten Bogh Juhl, Professor in Evidence-based Physiotherapy, Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, SDU and Head of Research at the Department of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy, Copenhagen University Hospital Herlev-Gentofte.

15.10-15.20: Discussion and closing of the seminar.

After the seminar, a reception will be held in the room next to the Auditorium.
