Sofie Marchsteiner Bendixen successfully defended her PhD dissertation in mid-January 2022, where she gave a talk entitled "Molecuar mechanisms of cellular plasticity during NASH development". Her PhD thesis was entitled "Transcriptional Networks and Cellular Plasticity in Murine NASH" and was supervised by ATLAS Partner and Associate Prof. Kim Ravnskjær.
Sofie is currently employed as a postdoc in the Brewer group.
