Stage 2: Preparing the task within the unit

Stage 2: Inform and motivate

To ensure that everyone set to participate in the Workplace Assessment and Well-Being Survey is well informed about the survey and motivated to participate, various information initiatives will be carried out at multiple levels in September. The Work Environment & Development Unit of SDU HR handles the overall SDU information, primarily via SDUnet and newsletters. The health and safety groups have an important task in ensuring that the unit’s employees are well informed about:

  • The purpose of the survey
  • The overall process
  • The local impact of the survey

The information aims to make the survey accessible and ensure that all employees feel comfortable participating and want to contribute to the survey results. A high response rate is also essential for the credibility of the survey.
