Step 3: Answering of the questionnaire survey
Invitation:
In early October, Rambøll Management Consulting will send out an invitation email to all respondents. The response deadline is approximately three weeks and those who have not yet responded during this period will receive two reminder emails.
Questions:
If an employee is unsure whether or not to participate, they can reach out to their unit’s contact person, who has the unit’s respondent list.
You are also welcome to contact the health and safety team if you have any questions about the survey.
Dynamic response barometer
In order for all units to achieve a high response rate so that the results of the survey are credible, true and fair, managers and health and safety groups will encourage employees to participate during the response period.
By accessing the ‘Dynamic Response Barometer’, everyone can follow how the response rates are developing.
