Step 4: Reports
After the survey is completed, Rambøll Management Consulting prepares a number of reports at unit, faculty/Central Administration, campus and SDU level. The reports will be available in mid-November. It is a prerequisite for the preparation of reports that the anonymity criteria can be met (e.g. that there is a sufficient number of responses).
Units will usually receive the following reports:
- Average results by job category, academic staff and technical/administrative staff
- Average results by gender
- Average results divided by the language in which the answer was completed (Danish/English)
- Any sub-unit reports
- Possible reporting of local additional questions
The unit’s health and safety group also receives the free-text responses from the unit’s employees.
