"Cows & farmers connected in a landscape of dilemmas" :Thesis presentation by Shosha Raymond

Shosha Raymond Katznelson is Master of Arts in Social Psychology and Learning from Roskilde University and a writer of fiction.

She will give a talk on her master’s thesis, that explores the relations between cows and Danish farmers in conventional diary production in Denmark. In her presentation, she will share insights from her fieldwork, where she employed the method ‘Rubber Boots Methods for the Anthropocene – Doing Fieldwork in Multispecies Worlds’. You will meet the farmers Carl and Mille, as well as the cows 3688 and 3573, on the conventional farm Bakkegården in Jutland. In addition to them, you'll also hear about milking robots, calves, ghosts, monsters, and monster-managers, and be introduced to a selection of the thesis's analytical findings.

There will be good time for discussion of relevant methods and theory after her talk and everybody are welcome.
