The field of Human Food Interaction is growing, in direct response to how technology is increasingly permeating human life.
This research stream looks at ways that food as socio-technologically entangled material can be leveraged to understand human behavior and support change.
With the climate crisis escalating, the need for change becomes increasingly urgent. Yet, systemic change remains elusive. This research investigates how everyday designers might be supported through human food interactions to engage with this challenge in new ways.
