Example behaviours include physical activity, healthy eating, behavioural management of illnesses, school and work engagement, and pro-environmental actions.
We use a variety of theoretical approaches, methods, tools, and analytical procedures, to achieve the highest possible research and policy impact.
Our activities are organised in ways that address 3 key aims:
- Conduct cutting-edge research with national and international collaborators, spanning different populations and domains of behaviour. By involving stakeholders and end-users, intervention programs are co-developed that are acceptable, feasible, cost-effective, and scalable.
- Offer education and consultancy opportunities for stakeholders and policy makers interested in behavioural change science.
- Develop educational material (e.g., videos, podcasts) to make behavioural change science accessible and useful to the public.
