Curd Knüpfer will be joining the DDC this September as an Associate Professor of Political Communication

We’re exited to announce that Curd Knüpfer will be joining the DDC this September as an Associate Professor of Political Communication
  
Curd Knüpfer holds a PhD in Political Science from the Freie University in Berlin. 
 
His research focus lies on the shifting dynamics of political communication, with a strong emphasis on digital media formats — especially on the increasingly illiberal far right. His published empirical work has a strong focus on mixed methods and frame analysis, both in a national as well as transnational context. 

Curd will start at DDC on September 1st, 2024.
