Cookbook by Danielle Wilde receives a special Jury Award
The book ‘More-than-Human Food Futures Cookbook’ has received a Special Jury Award in the Food Culture section of the Gourmand Awards at the Umeå Food Symposium 2022.
The book was co-created within the Experimental Food Design for Sustainable Futures workshop, where 26 participants of the workshop created 11 recipes for sustainable food.
The recipes aim to provoke imagination and inspire critical thinking on how human-food practices could be different, supporting sustainable flourishing.
The recipes have been compiled into the award-winning cookbook that you can now download for free.
Danielle Wilde has edited the book together with Markéta Dolejšová, Sjef van Gaalen, Hilary Davis and Ferran Altarriba Bertran.
