PhD-student at OPEN
In June 2014 Ingrid Charlotte Andersen started as PhD-student at OPEN with the project: ”Participating in care characterized of transitions between hospital and home – seen in a perspective of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their families”
Ingrid Charlotte Andersen is educated nurse and furthermore she has a master's degree (cand. cur.) from 2008. Since then Ingrid has been working with quality development and patient security at the Medical Department at Slagelse Hospital, where she is currently employed. By June 1st 2014 Ingrid became a PhD-student at OPEN, University of Southern Denmark. Her PhD-project is mostly fieldwork, to study how patients and relatives experience the challenges and possibilities of being an active participant in the treatment for severe obstructive pulmonary disease.
