Researchers from seven European countries (Denmark, Great Britain, Sweden, Lithuania, Germany, Portugal and Spain) are working on the development of a new arteriovenous graft for safe home dialysis.
The innovatively developed artificial blood vessel can be easily and efficiently used for safe home dialysis and will allow for remote monitoring and real-time online detection of potential challenges.
