Project objective
The project is relevant for all links of the value chain within the construction industry. Everything from waste processing companies, architect practices, urban planners and authorities, to legislators within refuse collection policy. The building passport will create a data platform designed to ensure the best possible coordination between everyone involved, from urban planning to the construction process, and finally to when the materials can be recycled.
Project results
This project will deliver an open data platform from which any stakeholder in the construction industry's value chain can obtain knowledge on solutions able to contribute to a sustainable and competitive industry, enhancing data harmonisation and system understanding to develop circular, low-carbon and healthy urban environments.
The platform is also expected to benefit authorities and legislators when developing strategies and for making decision within the field.
