The research unit utilises a wide range of different research methods, dictated by the specific project.
We position ourselves predominantly within a qualitative research paradigm, with a focus on case studies and action research. The primary methods are interviews, observations, document analyses, intervention methods, design research, user-driven innovation and cultural analyses. The unit works in parallel with method development.
