The 2015 SING Assembly was held in Saint Petersburg on July 10, 2015 at 15:10, in the St. Petersburg State University (Graduate School of Management and Faculty of Applied Mathematics & Control Processes). The Assembly was co-chaired by the current SING Country Representatives (or their delegates) Encarnación Algaba (Spain), Marco Dall'Aglio and Stefano Moretti (Italy), Dolf Talman (The Netherlands), and Izabella Stach (Poland).
Improvement of the organizing procedure
The Assembly approved the improvement of the organizing procedure reported below.
Extension of the mandate to 3 + 3 years for the Representatives (the current Representatives are confirmed accordingly).
The role of “Leader” is established; her/his mandate will be of a single year. S/he is the main contact for everybody, the first leader is Encarnación Algaba.
A prize for young researchers will be assigned to the best paper, from 2017 onwards. A committee including Vito Fragnelli, Joaquin Sanchez-Soriano and Peter Sudhölter will fix the details.
