Registration is open once notifications of acceptance have been sent. Download on-line form here

The registration fees (in EURO) are as follows:

*Registration as a Student requires a written letter on university letter head, with the statement that the registered person is a fulltime student at the time of the conference, to be signed by the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.

The (regular/student) conference fee includes: conference package, access to talks, coffee breaks, welcome reception, social program, and conference dinner. For accompanying persons the fee includes welcome reception, social program, and conference dinner. 

Registration policy:
. A separate registration must be made for each participant.
. The registration will be valid when the payment is received.
. Certificate of attendance and payment will be issued during the meeting. 

Cancellation policy:

Conference registration can be cancelled by sending an e-mail to sing12.conference@sam.sdu.dk.

Registrations cancelled:
. On or before June 1st 50% refund of the cancelled item.
. After June 1st no refund.
. Refunds will be made after the Conference.
