What Jakob brings to the table
Jakob joined SDU Analytics in 2023, bringing with him prior experience in the field of education. He has worked as a research assistant in the field of primary education and as a data analyst in a university administrative setting, among other research and data analyst positions.
Jakob holds a degree in Sociology of Religion from the Department of Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies at the University of Copenhagen, where he received formal education in both qualitative and quantitative methodology and analysis. He graduated with a thesis specifically focused on quantitative methodology.
By combining his training in qualitative and quantitative analysis with his skill in data analysis, Jakob possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the technical aspects of processing and presenting data and the human factors involved. Ultimately, his aim is to bridge the gap between raw data and decision-making by leveraging his interdisciplinary background and ensuring that data-driven insights are not only accurate but also digestible and actionable.
