SDU IT is the centre for all IT support and operations at SDU. We maintain and develop the robust foundations on which SDU’s digital present and future are based. We focus on providing IT service delivery within infrastructure, application operations and support. This is why we ensure robust support for users’ needs in their digital everyday lives.
About SDU IT
SDU IT is an organisation that provides daily support to approximately 3,900 employees and 26,700 students at the six different campuses in Southern Denmark. We focus on user-centred, responsive, coherent and competence-conscious support, which ensures that SDU is at the forefront of digital development. We ensure ongoing internal co-operation, which goes hand in hand with our skills and resources, to ensure that SDU keeps up on the digital front.
SDU IT currently consists of two units, SDU IT-help and SDU IT-operations. SDU IT-help provides daily user-oriented support to both employees and students at the various service desks in the campus cities. In addition, they are responsible for all procurement and installation of equipment for employees and in the classrooms on SDU’s campuses. SDU IT-operation operates, develops and maintains the infrastructure on our campuses as well as the applications that SDU uses on a daily basis.
