Courses

As a student in the Mathematics-Economics master’s programme, you can personalise your study programme so it is geared as much as possible to your interests and strengths. Most students chose to specialise in the areas of financing and planning where there are good opportunities to combine mathematics and economics.

The master’s programme concludes with a master’s thesis which gives you the opportunity to study a theoretical or practical topic in depth. You can also choose to study abroad for part of your programme.

Qualifications

Graduates with an MSc in Mathematics-Economics are in great demand, and many choose to work for a large consulting firm in Copenhagen or as a specialist consultant in a major bank’s support department.

Others choose a career in research and continue studying in a PhD programme.
