Our research at CLS&J aims to explore a diverse range of issues issues of law, sustainability and justice from several perspectives. Our broad portfolio encompasses current and potential projects among which some take their explicit point of departure in legal regulation and its enforcement; others look at the interaction between law and other societal functions and challenges, such as climate change mitigation and social sustainability. Other actual or potential research includes the role and duties of business enterprises; and insights from the evolution of previous sustainability-related regimes for future sustainability challenges and sustainability governance.
