Giorgia Sampò is a PhD student at the Digital Democracy Center (DDC) and the Department of Business and Management at SDU. She has a master’s degree in Digital Humanities from the University of Bologna and previously worked as a researcher and external consultant regarding natural language processing and vectorial semantic applications for the study of ancient literature. Her research focuses on modeling interactions and participation in climate DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations), as well green policies impact on DAOs’ role in the market and internal dynamics. Giorgia’s academic interests involve social networks analysis, NLP, and blockchain-based technologies applications for environmental safeguarding.
