Jacob Lyngsie is a Professor with special responsibilities at the Strategic Organization Design Unit, University of Southern Denmark. Jacob holds a PhD from Copenhagen Business School, a LLM from Latrobe University and a MSc in Business Law and Economics from CBS.
Drawing on his background in law and economics and applying an applied econometric approach, his research focuses on the interaction between human capital and organizational design. His research has been published in journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Organization and Long Range Planning.
