There are global initiatives from WHO with the gold to end Tuberculosis (TB). Although TB is a rare infection in Denmark, there is still need for better diagnostic tools and strategies for screening.
Pulmonary Non-Tuberculosis Mycobacterial infection is a rare, difficult to treat and devastating condition in often vulnerable immunocompromised patients requiring personalized assessment and treatment. We have therefore joined the initiation of a multidisciplinary board for systemic assessments and fruitful discussions.
Goal: all patients are offered participation in relevant research protocols.
