As a contributor, ODIN conducted early phase studies and gained funding to supporting and strengthening the Research Unit. Since then we have participated in more than 30 clinical trials in phase 1 to 3.
The patients participating in these Clinical Trials have changed character from exclusively having severe Asthma and severe COPD to now having more rare diseases such as “Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis” alone and in combination with “sclerodermi”, “pulmonary sarcoidosis” “Non Cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis” “MAC (mycobacteria studies) among others.
In conducting the clinical trials with high performance, we collaborate with several other departments at OUH and in Denmark.
