Specifically, the research focuses on a system that aims at building lightweight load-bearing structures made from Ultra-High-Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC) and characterized by reversible joinery and reduced material usage.
The project enables to realize complex structures which would be otherwise difficult to produce thanks to the employment of 3D printed reusable moulds, that are generated automatically through custom design to fabrication tools.
