Reidar Pedersen
Professor Reidar Pedersen is one of the leading scholars in ethics and communication in health care and has worked in this area since 2003. Among his many fields of expertise are questions concerning informed consent, end of life ethics, advance care planning, resource allocation, coercion and involvement of next of kin, especially in mental health care. His research includes qualitative and quantitative methods, intervention studies, systematic reviews, and theoretical and philosophical analyses, which has resulted in a large number of publications.
