Nanostructured optical fields facilitate strong light-matter interactions at nanoscale, offering unique possibilities for developing dynamic and multifunctional optical metasurfaces, moulding radiation flow and realising complete control over polarisations and wavefronts of reflected and transmitted optical fields with applications in novel imaging modalities and virtual/augmented reality systems.
