Research areas

The research areas range from traditional clinical research, translational research on stem cell treatment, to qualitative research within the orthopedic surgical field.

The Orthopedic Research Unit is an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral unit of researchers with professional backgrounds in orthopedic surgery (SHS), natural science (SDU Institute of Molecular Medicine), mechanics and electronics (SDU Alsion), physiotherapy, nursing, and health science (SDU).
