The University of Southern Denmark warmly welcomes international staff members. Before applying for a PhD scholarship it is important to gain certain knowledge of practicalities such as; how to apply for work and residence permits, information regarding tax schemes, as well as information about Danish authorities and living conditions.
International Staff Office (ISO) is able to help both newly employed and prospective PhD scholars by providing general information and guidance.
International Staff Office can also assist PhD students who only apply for admission with information about how to apply for a temporary residence permit/visa. Questions regarding academic issues and admission requirements should be addressed to the PhD Schools.
