Please register by sending an email to SPOC https://spoc.sdu.dk. The email should include information on the name and the code of the course you wish to register for. The information can be found on the website of the programme. Please also include documentation that your participation in the course has been approved by the PhD school either in the PhD plan or by separate application.
- The PhD student is responsible for ensuring that that the course has been approved as part of the individual PhD study.
- By signing up for the course, you have automatically signed up for the exam.

Deadline for registration is no later than 30 May for the autumn semester, and 30 November for the spring semester
If the above deadline is exceeded, please contact the SPOC and the course responsible, to find out if there is still room for more students in the course. - Remember to email the examination transcript (via the Student Self Service portal https://sso.sdu.dk/) to the PhD school at PhD@tek.sdu.dk for registration in your PhD study.
NB – Full-time students in the master’s programme have first claim to participation in master’s courses.
