FastLabNet is an EC-funded development project of Fachhochschule Kiel and University of Southern Denmark. A major goal of the project is to enhance and bundle the universities competences in fatigue strength and modal analysis.
The project runs from September 2011 to March 2015. Since the start, the lab equipment became modernized and completed. They now cover some of the latest theoretical and experimental methods and machines. The benefit is manifold as it raises the level of engineering education of the universities and provides enhanced research and development services for the industry.
