Equipment to prepare histology samples includes a tissue processor (Microm HMP110), 2 Microtomes (Thermo scientific Microm HM 355S) and automatic dyeing machine (Sakura Tissue-Tek DRSTM).
For specimen evaluation, it includes Nikon Eclipse Ti microscope with NIS - Element AR software version 4.60.00 and Andor sCMOS camera.
