Practical information:

This educational networking platform for career development is the highly beneficial tool for the students at all levels of education to see what possibilities are within their grasps and what they can aspire to through future collaboration. The following  link is an overview of different types of collaborations for respectively BEng and BSc/MSc Engineering . Link

The students receives information about which companies are participating in  SDU Praktik- og Projektdag.

Activities:

The fair: Educational networking platform: The participating companies are permitted a stand of approx. 2 x 1.5 m2 with a small table ( 70 x 120 cm) and  every other table have power. The event area  consists of 8 study zones / rooms and companies are placed in theme areas due to the registrations and  in order to priority. Bring adds and informations matrerials.  

Mini seminar for the students:The registered companies are offered  one of 30 free time slots for company specific mini seminar  - about an interesting technology or process. The subject must be based on a subject area that the students may be interested in collaborating on - supplied with information on how the given company works with on this subject area or what they are wanting to achieve in the future. The format is: 20 minutes  presentation and + 5 minutes for Q&A. The seminar runs in an auditorium in the center of the exhibition area. Free admittance to the mini seminars.

Individual meetings between engineering student and  the company can be agreed on for  later.

Facts:

  • Participation is free of charge for companies, but registration  is  needed. Please notice a no show fee 1.000
  • Physical fair at Campus Odense  from 12.00 PM to 15.00 PM
  • Capacity:  aprox. 105 companies can paticipate. The stands are allocated on a first come, first served basis and waiting list is activated when 104 stands are booked.
  • Meet aprox  1.000 Engineering students during the event.
  • No registration for students.
