New exchange agreement with Chinese university
The Mads Clausen Institute and The Faculty of Engineering, SDU, have signed a new exchange agreement with the Chinese university Xi’an Jiaotong University.
For several years, The Mads Clausen Institute and The Faculty of Engineering of SDU have cooperated with Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) about recruitment of students for the engineering study programs at the University of Southern Denmark but not until recently did the parties enter into an official agreement about exchange of students.
The agreement states that the parties each can send two bachelor students to the other university per year – one student per semester.
The agreement strengthens the collaboration between the two universities and the parties expect that the next step will be to establish a formal research collaboration agreement.
