Dewan Ahsan becomes part of International Arctic Science Committee
Professor Dewan Ahsan has become the new representative for Denmark in the IASC Marine Working Group.
We are pleased to share that our Professor Dewan Ahsan has become one of the representative for Denmark in the IASC Marine Working Group. The working group facilitates international coordination of research in the Arctic marine environment and supports cross-cutting objectives.
The working group is a core element of the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC), a non-governmental, international scientific organization that promotes and supports leading-edge interdisciplinary research to foster a greater scientific understanding of the Arctic region and its role in the Earth system.
We look forward to following the work of the working group and IASC.
