Bio Statistics 1
This course enables biomedical students to identify basic statistical problems in medical research and to carry out the appropriate statistical analysis. The student gets hands-on experience in using a statistical package, which is mandatory when doing practical statistical analyses.

Bio Statistics 2
This course is a follow-up to Bio Statistics I, the latter covering continuous response parameters from independent observations.
Bio Statistics II seeks to cover other types of statistical problems commonly encountered in medical research such as e.g. a binary outcome parameter or correlated observations, and to enable students to carry out the appropriate statistical analysis.
