Amidst a shifting work landscape, our research examines the effects of employment conditions on mental health, especially as 1 in 3 Danes grapple with psychological challenges. Using state-of-the-art econometrics techniques we will quantify the impact of key Danish legislations on mental well-being and offer profound insights into a critical juncture of societal concern and economic consequence.
