Research, commercial projects and student projects

Collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering is initiated when a written agreement has been agreed. There are two categories of projects: research projects and commercial projects. The written agreements used for the two categories are very different. It is the nature of the project that determines which of the two collaboration agreements is to be used. TEK Innovation can participate in the first discussions to find the right form that the collaboration agreement should take. SDU’s legal unit in RIO has the task of approving the collaboration agreement before the institutes involved at TEK give the final approval of the project.
