Entrances 23, 32, 35, 59 and the main entrance are opened. At all other entrances, it will again be possible to use the exit button. |

Entrances 23, 32, 35, 59 and the main entrance will be locked. All exterior doors return to normal conditions. |
PLEASE NOTE: In an emergency, you can always use the ‘emergency twister’ if the green exit button does not work.
The emergency twister is located under the plastic cap on all access control doors.
There are a total of 5 bars where you can buy a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks*. You will find the bars here:
- Campustorvet, Panorama-udsigten
- Wintergarden
- Zonen (offering a selection of cocktails on draught from ’Nordlund’)
- Gl. Fredagsbar (offering a selection of craft beer on draught from ‘Anarkist’)
- Fredagsbaren Nedenunder
*Beer, soft drinks, mineral water and shots.
Cash-free Bars
The only bar where you can pay with cash is the bar located at the Wintergarden. All other bars are cashless.
During the evening, photos and short video clips will be taken for SDU's website and Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.
Both photos and live images are produced for reportage use in accordance with the Media Responsibility Act.
Use of the cloakroom is included in the ticket price for the Annual
Festival.
Please note that only one item of outerwear may be left in the cloakroom.
Bags and other items cannot be stored.
Wheelchair users can access the Annual University Celebration via entrance 59. However, this requires the assistance of an attendant.
If you are a wheelchair user, you must therefore contact the Rector's Office at aarsfest@sdu.dk so that we can ensure that there is an officer to assist you.
If you are travelling by light rail, entrances 23 and 35 are most convenient. Please note that the last departure to Odense and Tarup Center is at 01:30.
Taxis can be ordered for SDU East - use entrance 59.
You are encouraged to use P1 and P2 (east of campus) for parking. Access P1 and P2 from Niels Bohrs Allé, where all traffic along Campusvej is directed east of the campus.
Use entrance 59/Krogene Ø.
If you cycle or come by light rail, entrances 23 and 35/Gydehutten are most convenient.

Smoking is exceptionally permitted in selected courtyards in connection with the Annual University Celebration.
