Graduation ceremony 2021

Dear graduate,

Several years of hard study work are coming to an end and it should be celebrated!

Despite a long time of online teaching where we are together separately, celebrations are best together. That is why we would like to gather you and your fellow students one last time.

You, as a graduate, can sign up – and only yourself – for physical graduation on campus. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions for our area, there will be a limited number of places, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The common part of the event takes place online. This gives your family, friends, other graduates and employees the opportunity to follow the celebration at home from the living rooms on our Facebook page. The celebration will be held in English.

Program

Registration for physical participation

Physical participation is subject to the condition that you can pass your last exam no later than 25 June, before 12.00. In addition, the applicable COVID-19 physical attendance guidelines must be observed:

You must be able to document a negative test result within the last 72 hours by performing either an anti-gen test or a PCR test for COVID-19, or you have received your final vaccination against COVID-19 at least 14 days before. The distance requirement of at least 1 meter, rules for hygiene, etc. must be also observed – see more here.

Please register using the bolow form no later than Tuesday 15 June 2021 at 12:00.

If you find out after the registration that you cannot participate, please contact Student Services, so that the seat can be given to someone else.
