The master’s programme is intended for qualified journalists who have successfully completed a journalism study programme at the Danish School of Media and Journalism or who have a BA in Journalism from the University of Southern Denmark.
The study programme is divided into three parts: the first semester (introductory semester) takes place at University of Southern Denmark; the second and third semesters are used to focus on your academic elective; and finally the fourth semester is for writing your master’s thesis.
Instruction
You supplement and widen your journalism skill-sets by taking courses in social sciences and the humanities. This gives you a unique combination of technical academic specialisation and journalistic expertise.
