Knowledge:

• Has highly specialized knowledge of forefront operations management philosophies, systems, and technologies
• Has knowledge about IIOT and cloud computing and how digital technologies enable a more efficient operation

Skills:

• Has specialized problem-solving skills required in research and innovation in order to develop and implement new solutions within operations management and is able to integrate knowledge from different field
• Is able to analyse and plan the company´s operations according to system behaviours
• Is able to align the automation level in accordance to the specific competitive environment
• Is able to analyze and plan the company’s technological level and assess the impact of new technology on key internal stakeholders
• Is able to lead digitalization projects in both operations and supply chains and assess the appropriateness of digital technologies

Competences:

• You can select and transform the most appropriate manufacturing system including supporting and help functions within a complex and unpredictable manufacturing context where new strategies are required.
• You can manage a company´s supply chain and manufacturing processes in relation to allocation of the best technologies.
