Students take their study assignment to new podcast
During class, two students got the idea to develop a podcast.
Lorenzo Ravera and Gabriele Soprano, who are both studying at the University of Southern Denmark Business School, are behind a new podcast: ‘The Global Confluence: Merging Diplomacy and Culture in Negotiation’.
In the podcast, they dive into the intersection between diplomacy, culture and negotiation, and they have invited some of the leading experts in the field to join the discussion.
Lorenzo Ravera and Gabriele Soprano has created the podcast as part of the course Cross-Cultural Communication, as their teacher Simon Jebsen gave them the opportunity to solve an assignment, e.g., as a podcast, as an alternative to writing and submitting a longer report.
- The idea was to give my students the opportunity to do what they are passionate about, and I think it is fantastic that many people can now enjoy the podcast, Simon Jebsen says.
The first 3 episodes have been released, featuring experts such as Pellegrino Riccardi, Karen S. Welch and Philippe Rosinski.
