Pedagogy, Culture and Leadership
The research program “Pedagogy, Culture and Leadership” examines how central ideas about pedagogy, Bildung, democratic education, ethics, sustainability, equality, freedom, professionalization, leadership, and teaching manifest itself in Danish, Nordic and international educational politics and educational research. Additionally, there is focus on how these ideas are being understood, translated, and realized by leaders and educators in educational and pedagogical contexts and practices.
